About Aurora

Aurora is developing self-driving technology to improve safety, efficiency, and accessibility in mobility and logistics.

What you would do

  • Engage with HPE and cross-functional teams to ensure EDS work is in program schedules
  • Ensure prerequisite materials for EDS are delivered on time
  • Act as primary liaison for internal first article harness builds
  • Advise on build priorities across the portfolio
  • Solicit redline feedback and ensure incorporation into designs
  • Partner with supply chain, quality, and external suppliers on design releases

Must have

  • 5+ years managing complex hardware development programs
  • Experience with cross-functional resources in electrical and mechanical engineering
  • Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and quality
  • Proven ability to build and maintain program control documentation
  • Experience with integrated master schedules, risk registers, resource plans, budgets
  • Experience executing engineering change management processes
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
  • Ability to be located in Pittsburgh, PA
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Nice to have

  • Deep familiarity with electrical distribution systems and harness architecture
  • Experience with design and release process for EDS
  • Experience leading programs in automotive or safety critical industries
  • Experience with electrical verification and reliability testing
  • Experience leading organizational change or process improvement
  • Certified in project or program management (PMP, PgMP)
