What you would do

Drive and manage upgrades to Kubernetes infrastructure
Build developer-facing tooling using Kubernetes internals
Improve developer happiness and development velocity
Gather requirements and support from teams across the company
Lead and drive projects forward

Must have

5+ years shipping commercial products and services
Cloud infrastructure experience, AWS/EKS preferred
Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals
Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes
Production code in Go, Python, or C++

Nice to have

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
Managed ingress solutions like Ambassador, Envoy, Istio
Kubernetes ecosystem tooling like ArgoCD and Helm
Observability platforms like Grafana and distributed tracing
Experience using AI coding assistance in a professional environment
AV industry experience
