About Aurora
Aurora is developing self-driving technology to improve safety, efficiency, and accessibility in transportation and logistics.
What you would do
- Own hardware and software tests of complex electrical computer systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
- Support modules through environmental and vibration testing as test infrastructure owner.
- Debug and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and software engineering disciplines.
- Manage test infrastructure for validation activities.
Must have
- Multidisciplinary experience across firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- Expertise in one engineering discipline and knowledge in others.
- Working knowledge of thermal chambers, vibe tables, and liquid chillers.
- Experience with power supplies, electronic loads, and DAQs.
- Ability to own hardware and software tests of complex systems.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Experience supporting environmental and vibration testing.
- Hands-on experience with complex integrated hardware systems.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience with test infrastructure ownership.
Nice to have
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Systems Engineering.
- Python experience for automation and data analysis.
- Experience with larger testing frameworks.
- Experience conducting thermal and vibration testing.
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Experience with computer networking.
