About Aurora

Aurora is developing self-driving technology to improve safety, efficiency, and accessibility in transportation and logistics.

What you would do

Own hardware and software tests of complex electrical computer systems.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
Support modules through environmental and vibration testing as test infrastructure owner.
Debug and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and software engineering disciplines.
Manage test infrastructure for validation activities.

Must have

Multidisciplinary experience across firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
Expertise in one engineering discipline and knowledge in others.
Working knowledge of thermal chambers, vibe tables, and liquid chillers.
Experience with power supplies, electronic loads, and DAQs.
Ability to own hardware and software tests of complex systems.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.
Experience supporting environmental and vibration testing.
Hands-on experience with complex integrated hardware systems.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Experience with test infrastructure ownership.

Nice to have

Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Systems Engineering.
Python experience for automation and data analysis.
Experience with larger testing frameworks.
Experience conducting thermal and vibration testing.
Experience working in a Linux environment.
Experience with computer networking.
