How it works
You approve the jobs. We complete the applications. Every one ends in a confirmation you can open, and a credit is only spent when a submission is confirmed. That last part is the whole design: it means a failed application costs you nothing, because nothing was charged in advance.
STEP 01
Tell us who you are
Upload your résumé, set your target roles, and state your work authorization. About two minutes.
Work authorization is part of the setup rather than an afterthought because it changes which roles are worth your time. If you need sponsorship, roles that sponsor are flagged before you approve anything, so you are not spending applications on jobs you cannot legally take.
STEP 02
Approve the ones worth it
Every role is scored against your profile before you see it. Nothing is ever sent without your yes.
We scan 50,000+ US career pages daily, so the feed comes from the source rather than a job board’s copy of it. You can also skip the feed entirely: paste the link to any US job posting you found yourself and it goes through the same path. Approval is the only trigger. There is no setting that lets applications go out on your behalf while you are not looking.
STEP 03
We apply, and confirm it
Fields completed, résumé tailored to that role, confirmation saved. If it does not go through, it is free.
The confirmation is the point. It is saved against the application the moment it is submitted, and you can open it. If an application cannot be confirmed, no credit is spent on it, so there is nothing to claim back and no support ticket to file.

What happens when a form fights back
Some applications put up walls that automation cannot get past safely. Extra verification, an account that has to be created first, a form that only behaves for a human. Most tools treat that as an edge case and quietly move on, which is why people find applications reported as sent that the employer never received.
When it happens here, the application stops rather than guessing. A person completes it by hand, and it ends up submitted and confirmed the same way. You do not find out which path it took, because it does not change anything for you: same confirmation either way, same single credit, same record.
The same rule covers questions we cannot answer truthfully from your profile. If a form asks something your answers do not cover, it is better to pause and ask you than to put a plausible guess on an application with your name on it.
What it costs
You are charged for confirmed submissions, and nothing else
Right now it is free. 25 applications every month, no card. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over, so an unused month does not accumulate.
A credit is spent when an application is confirmed submitted. Not when it is queued, not when a form is opened, not when a button is clicked. If it fails, is skipped, or needs a human who cannot finish it either, the credit stays in your balance.
Paid plans are not published yet. When they are, they will be on the pricing page before anyone is charged anything.
What is and is not covered
What the guarantee actually covers
It covers application completion. Every job you approve is applied to and confirmed submitted, or the credit is not spent.
It does not cover hiring outcomes. We cannot promise an employer replies, or that you get an interview, or that you are hired. That depends on your background and the market, and any service telling you otherwise is selling something it cannot deliver.
Coverage is any US job posting, end to end. Automation completes most of them and a person completes the rest, and you never have to know which happened, because the confirmation and the cost are the same either way.
Roles are US-based today. You can use Apiva from anywhere, and plenty of people do. It is the jobs that are US-only.
Your résumé and answers are used to complete the applications you approve, and for nothing else. The security page sets out where things live, who can see them, and how to delete everything.
