What you would do

  • Architect and drive strategic initiatives for scalable full-stack web services
  • Provide technical leadership and influence best practices across multiple teams
  • Develop robust solutions using modern frontend frameworks and backend services
  • Mentor and grow senior engineers to raise the technical bar
  • Partner with leaders to define technical roadmaps and drive projects
  • Translate operational data into actionable insights through tools and APIs

Must have

  • BS, MS, or PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of industry experience in software development
  • Proven track record designing, building, and operating large-scale full-stack systems
  • Deep expertise in front-end and back-end development
  • Experience with scalable web services, distributed systems, and modern API design
  • Demonstrated leadership driving technical strategy and mentoring senior engineers
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices

Nice to have

  • Experience defining technical roadmaps and driving long-term strategic projects
  • Prior experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or real-time distributed fleet systems
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and integrating third-party data sources
