About Aurora
Aurora is developing self-driving technology to improve safety, efficiency, and accessibility in mobility and logistics.
What you would do
- Support and debug software tools for manufacturing tests and provisioning.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to harden automated test procedures.
- Manage and analyze production test performance data to prioritize issues.
- Drive continuous improvement activities with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical test support to local manufacturing areas and customers.
- Travel internationally to contract manufacturers for on-site bring-up and support.
Must have
- B.S. in CS, EE, ME, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience collecting data with electronic test equipment and data-acquisition systems.
- Prior verification, validation, and testing experience with debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication of test status and results.
- Experience in manufacturing test development and sustaining at scale.
- Ability to read design drawings and wiring schematics.
- Excellent analytical abilities and technical writing skills.
- Experience programming in Python.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Google Suite, JIRA, JAMA, and GIT.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally to contract manufacturers.
Nice to have
- M.S. in EE, CS, ME with mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience with data aggregation.
- Familiarity with FMCW LiDAR or RF transceivers.
- Experience with optical system prototyping and characterization.
- Experience in modern automotive electronics and diagnostic procedures.
