What you would do
- Implement treatment plans under supervising OT direction
- Provide ADL retraining to geriatric and post-acute patients
- Train patients in functional mobility and adaptive equipment
- Support restorative programming for patient independence
- Commit to full 8-week assignment term
- Work 40 hours weekly with overtime opportunities
Must have
- Active Colorado COTA license or NBCOT with license in process
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to commit to full 8-week term
Nice to have
- Prior SNF or long-term care experience
