What you would do
- Set and uphold clinical standards across all programs and modalities
- Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, and discharge processes
- Serve as escalation point for high-risk cases and crisis situations
- Maintain a reduced direct-service caseload
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed clinicians
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation for clinical team
Must have
- Active NYS LCSW license in good standing
- 5+ years post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient mental health
- 3+ years in supervisory or program leadership role
- Working knowledge of NYS OMH regulations and outpatient compliance
- Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation standards
Nice to have
- LCSW-R designation
- SIFI certification or experience supervising social work interns
- Experience in OMH-licensed Article 31 clinic or similar setting
- Background in quality improvement, utilization review, or accreditation
- Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
