What you would do
- Lead clinical teams with compassion and provide comprehensive care
- Mentor and train advanced practice providers and nurse manager
- Manage a split patient panel alongside a Lead PCP
- Hire and retain providers committed to patient-first care
- Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer to refine workflows
- Oversee daily clinic operations including budget and inventory
Must have
- MD or DO from accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- 3-5 years family practice or primary care experience
- Active DEA registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical setting
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and safety regulations
- Passion for relationship-based care and leading by example
