What you would do

  • Provide longitudinal primary care for chronic, preventive, and acute needs
  • Perform in-office procedures like I&Ds, suturing, and skin biopsies
  • Conduct visits in person, by phone, and via secure video
  • Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
  • Coordinate daily patient care with an assigned Medical Assistant
  • Document all visits and maintain patient records in the EHR

Must have

  • Active unencumbered Texas PA or APRN-FNP licensure
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate primary care experience
  • Experience managing patients across the lifespan
  • Hands-on experience with I&Ds, suturing, and skin biopsies
  • Active unrestricted DEA registration or ability to obtain
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and scheduling software

Nice to have

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience in direct primary care or concierge medicine
  • Experience owning or managing a patient panel autonomously
  • Multistate licensure or telehealth experience
  • Comfort with lower-volume, higher-touch practice model
