What you would do

  • Serve as primary clinician for a defined patient panel
  • Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
  • Manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia
  • Perform in-office procedures including I&Ds, suturing, and skin biopsies
  • See patients in person, by phone, and via secure video/text
  • Direct daily patient care and delegate tasks to Medical Assistant

Must have

  • Active unencumbered Texas APRN-FNP or PA licensure
  • National board certification as FNP or NCCPA-certified PA
  • 2+ years post-graduate family practice or primary care experience
  • Experience managing patients across the lifespan
  • Hands-on procedural experience with I&Ds, suturing, skin biopsies
  • Active unrestricted DEA registration or ability to obtain
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Comfort with electronic medical records and scheduling tools

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in direct primary care or concierge medicine
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience owning a patient panel with clinical autonomy
  • Telehealth experience or multistate licensure
  • Preference for lower-volume, higher-touch medicine
