What you would do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under OTR/L supervision
- Help residents improve daily living skills like ADLs and motor function
- Document treatment sessions and progress in EMR
- Communicate resident progress to supervising OT and team
- Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques
- Support discharge planning and care plan meetings
Must have
- Graduate of accredited OTA program
- Current NBCOT certification as COTA
- Active Colorado OTA license or willingness to obtain
- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Nice to have
- SNF or long-term care experience
- Strong documentation skills
