What you would do
- Lead clinical teams with compassion and support
- Provide clinical oversight and training to providers
- Manage a split patient panel with a Lead PCP
- Hire and retain providers committed to patient-first care

- Oversee daily clinic operations including budget and inventory
Must have
- MD or DO from accredited institution
- Active unrestricted Texas medical license
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- 3-5 years family practice or primary care experience
- Active DEA registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and safety
- Passion for relationship-based care
