What you would do
- Lead clinical teams in delivering comprehensive, unrushed care
- Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and training to advanced practice providers
- Manage a split patient panel with a Lead PCP
- Hire and retain providers committed to patient-first care
- Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer to refine workflows
- Oversee daily clinic operations including budget and inventory
Must have
- MD or DO from accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- 3-5 years family practice or primary care experience
- Active DEA registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient safety
- Passion for relationship-based care
