What you would do

  • Lead clinical teams in delivering comprehensive, unrushed care
  • Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and training to advanced practice providers
  • Manage a split patient panel with a Lead PCP
  • Hire and retain providers committed to patient-first care
  • Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer to refine workflows
  • Oversee daily clinic operations including budget and inventory

Must have

  • MD or DO from accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
  • Board certification in Family Medicine
  • 3-5 years family practice or primary care experience
  • Active DEA registration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient safety
  • Passion for relationship-based care
