What you would do

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under OTR/L supervision
  • Help residents improve daily living skills and mobility
  • Document treatment sessions and progress in EMR
  • Communicate progress and concerns to supervising OT
  • Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques
  • Support discharge planning and care plan meetings

Must have

  • Graduate of accredited OTA program
  • Current NBCOT certification
  • Active Colorado OTA license or willingness to obtain
  • CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Team-first, resident-centered mindset

Nice to have

  • SNF or long-term care experience
