What you would do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for AI solutions
  • Build relationships with practitioners to understand workflows and gather requirements
  • Drive end-to-end product development from discovery to launch
  • Lead integration of AI technologies into the consulting product suite
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, design, and business development teams
  • Define and track success metrics for user engagement and business outcomes

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years work experience, or MBA
  • Significant management consulting experience at top-tier or Big 4 firm
  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience scoping and delivering client engagements end to end
  • Comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Genuine interest in AI and aptitude to learn quickly
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work across groups
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities

Nice to have

  • Awareness of confidentiality environment in engagement teams
