What you would do
- Build and deploy agentic frameworks and RAG pipelines
- Collaborate with teams to integrate ML innovations into products
- Support implementation of personalization features
- Design and develop scalable frontend and backend solutions
- Optimize models, data pipelines, and retrieval systems for production
- Build applications using Palantir Foundry and AIP
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in AI engineering with ML model development
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML solutions
- Track record in optimizing scalable ML models and pipelines
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in cloud engineering for ML platforms
Nice to have
- Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Experience leading development of LLMs and generative AI solutions
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and RAG/agentic workflows
- Ability to conduct applied research in ML and LLM techniques
- Knowledge of AI/ML governance or data governance
- Experience driving collaboration across research, engineering, and product teams
