What you would do
- Build high-quality features for gaming clip platform
- Scale platform to 100+ million users
- Iterate quickly on features in React Electron app
- Ship features regularly with leadership and community
- Own end-to-end quality of complex features
- Measure feature performance with metrics and A/B testing
Must have
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Experience with React, Redux, Node, and Electron
- Understanding of modern React practices and JavaScript
- Excellent understanding of code performance in production
- Comfortable with profiling tools
- Result-driven with focus on metrics and performance
- Comfort with A/B testing and usage metrics
- Passion for games and gaming communities
- User of Discord and gaming-adjacent products
- Ownership and attention to detail for complex features
- Ability to work in NYC 5 days in office
Nice to have
- Full-stack experience with Java, C#, and C++
- Experience working on gaming-related projects
