The role
This role is responsible for creating and managing the learning and development strategy for all clinical functions, including medics, care navigators, care managers, and providers. The position involves designing curricula, managing an LMS, facilitating training, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure workforce readiness and clinical competency. It is an individual contributor role at inception, focused on building the clinical L&D center of excellence.

What you would do
- Design and own the L&D strategy for all four clinical functions.
- Refine the structured learning framework for onboarding, competency, and leadership.
- Align learning initiatives with organizational goals and quality outcomes.
- Establish a multi-modal learning approach for a hybrid care model.
- Lead training plan coordination across all clinical functions.
- Develop and maintain training content for all clinical roles.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of L&D, clinical education, and instructional design experience in healthcare.
- Proficiency with content authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Camtasia.
- Experience building and managing training programs for multiple clinical roles.
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong instructional design skills with knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Strong data literacy to build and interpret training metrics.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs and timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, curious, and agile learner who thrives in ambiguity.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented working style.
- Active clinical licensure required.
Nice to have
- Master's degree (MSN, MHA, CNE, MBA) strongly preferred.
- CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) certification.
