About Rezilient Health

Rezilient Health operates a hybrid primary care model where clinics are staffed by paramedics and providers join virtually, using connected devices for exams. They aim to make primary care access convenient, timely, and seamless.

What you would do

  • Operate the micro clinic, greeting patients and managing appointments
  • Perform physical exams with virtual provider using connected devices
  • Conduct in-clinic procedures like blood draws, EKGs, and injections
  • Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and medications
  • Complete charting and documentation of exams and procedures
  • Troubleshoot device and audio/video issues during appointments

Must have

  • Minimum 2 years combined EMT and/or paramedic field experience
  • Experience in clinic, urgent care, ED, ICU, or inpatient settings
  • State paramedic license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and with remote providers
  • Excellent remote communication skills
  • Proficiency in adapting to new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and patient-centered care skills
  • Ability to create comfortable, safe patient environment
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Hands-on, can-do personality
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted

Nice to have

  • NREMT certification
  • Community paramedic, FP-C, CP-C, or CC-EMT certification
