About Rezilient Health
Rezilient Health provides a hybrid primary care model where clinics are staffed by paramedics and providers join virtually, using connected devices for exams.
What you would do
- Greet patients and operate the micro-clinic
- Perform physical exams with virtual provider using connected devices
- Conduct in-clinic procedures like blood draws and EKGs
- Record patient medical histories and vital signs
- Complete charting and documentation of exams and procedures
- Troubleshoot device and audio/video issues
Must have
- Minimum 2+ years field experience as EMT or Paramedic
- Experience in clinic, urgent care, ED, ICU, or inpatient setting
- Ability to work independently and with remote providers
- Excellent remote communication skills
- Quick learner adaptable to new technologies
- Strong interpersonal and patient-centered care skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
- Hands-on personality driven to innovate
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted
- State paramedic license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
Nice to have
- NREMT certification
- Community paramedic, FP-C, CP-C, or CC-EMT certification
