What you would do
- Operate the micro clinic, greeting patients and assisting providers
- Perform physical exams with virtual provider using connected devices
- Conduct in-clinic procedures like blood draws, EKGs, and injections
- Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and medications
- Complete charting and documentation of exams and procedures
- Troubleshoot device and audio/video issues during appointments
Must have
- Minimum 2 years combined EMT or paramedic field experience
- Experience in clinic, urgent care, ED, ICU, or inpatient settings
- State paramedic license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required
- Ability to work independently and with remote providers
- Excellent remote communication skills
- Proficiency in rapidly adapting to new technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient-centered care
- Ability to create a safe, empathetic patient environment
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
- Hands-on personality driven to innovate healthcare
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted
Nice to have
- NREMT certification preferred
- Community paramedic, FP-C, CP-C, or CC-EMT certification bonus
