What you would do

  • Operate the micro clinic, greeting patients and assisting providers
  • Perform physical exams with virtual provider using connected devices
  • Conduct in-clinic procedures like blood draws, EKGs, and injections
  • Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and medications
  • Complete charting and documentation of exams and procedures
  • Troubleshoot device and audio/video issues during appointments

Must have

  • Minimum 2 years combined EMT or paramedic field experience
  • Experience in clinic, urgent care, ED, ICU, or inpatient settings
  • State paramedic license required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Ability to work independently and with remote providers
  • Excellent remote communication skills
  • Proficiency in rapidly adapting to new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills for patient-centered care
  • Ability to create a safe, empathetic patient environment
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Hands-on personality driven to innovate healthcare
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted

Nice to have

  • NREMT certification preferred
  • Community paramedic, FP-C, CP-C, or CC-EMT certification bonus
