What you would do
- Obtain necessary licensure and privileges for providers
- Maintain licensing matrices for all providers and states
- Conduct external research and verification of licensure, malpractice, and education
- Meet licensing submission expectations consistently
- Create Primary Source Verification reports for providers
- Assist with multi-state Collaborative Practice Agreements
Must have
- 2+ years multi-state medical licensing application processing
- Expertise in multi-state medical licensing and fingerprinting
- Expert knowledge of multi-state Collaborative Practice Agreements
- Credentialing certification or bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist or equivalent certification
- Excellent analytical skills for complex data
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Ability to adapt to new credentialing software
- High-level communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation
- Ability to work in fast-paced growth environment
- Creative problem solver and strategic thinker
- Strong organizational and time management skills
