The role
Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Clinic Manager who is also a licensed Physical Therapist to oversee daily operations of their physical therapy clinics. The role combines hands-on patient care with strategic management, including leading staff, developing growth strategies, and managing financials. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with two evenings required.

What you would do
- Oversee daily operations of physical therapy clinics
- Perform patient evaluations and provide hands-on therapy
- Lead and mentor physical therapists and support staff
- Develop strategies for practice growth focusing on diverse populations
- Manage clinic financials and resources
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality
Must have
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current Illinois Physical Therapy License
Nice to have
- Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in clinic management or healthcare leadership
- Spanish language proficiency
