What you would do
- Oversee daily administrative and front desk tasks for six clinics
- Validate contractual adjustments and ensure claim posting accuracy
- Allocate new accounts to analysts from EPIC workqueues
- Audit processed claims for accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct performance reviews and track productivity metrics
- Lead and support a team of claims analysts
Must have
- 3-5 years medical claims management or billing experience
- Strong focus on orthopedic claims
- Experience managing or leading a claims team
- Hands-on experience with EPIC system
- Understanding of CPT/HCPCS codes and modifiers
- Knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, CARC/RARC codes
- Payer-specific denial handling expertise
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with billing and coding teams
