What you would do
- Design and operate secure, scalable AWS environments
- Improve infrastructure-as-code standards and reusable architectures
- Lead cloud migrations and modernization initiatives
- Strengthen reliability through SLOs and capacity planning
- Design backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Build observability with Datadog and AWS services
Must have
- 5+ years hands-on cloud infrastructure experience
- Significant experience operating production AWS environments
- Strong AWS expertise in IAM, VPC, compute, storage
- Hands-on Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with reliability engineering practices like SLOs
- Strong cloud networking and security knowledge
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes/EKS
- Proficiency in scripting or automation languages
- Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps
- Strong systems-thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences
Nice to have
- AWS certification such as Solutions Architect or SysOps
