What you would do
- Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support
- Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems
- Assist users in accessing and using IT systems
- Monitor and resolve issues for client, server, storage, and network devices
- Escalate and communicate status to agency management and customers
Must have
- Five years systems administrator experience in similar programs
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from accredited college
- Active high-level authorization for nondisclosed information
- Pass security background check
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem resolution support
- Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems
- Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain integrity of network components
- Analyze and resolve complex server and software integration problems
- Support design of systems and mission architecture
- Possess working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
