What you would do
- Install and maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory and DNS
- Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online and SharePoint
- Ensure compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 controls
- Support audit readiness by collecting evidence and validating controls
- Manage user accounts and access controls following least privilege
- Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, and disaster recovery
Must have
- Three or more years of systems administrator experience
- Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 or Entra ID
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
- Experience with patch management and system hardening
- Understanding of backup and recovery solutions
- Knowledge of CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to document configurations and procedures
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Microsoft certifications like AZ-104 or SC-300
- Experience with CMMC, FedRAMP, or DFARS assessments
