What you would do
- Design across Web, Desktop, TV, and Mobile products
- Create coherent experiences for musicians moving between platforms
- Translate complex audio AI into intuitive user experiences
- Run and synthesize research with musicians across skill levels
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Ship value to users daily
Must have
- Deep, hands-on experience producing music
- Real fluency with DAWs and VST/AU plugins
- 5+ years designing complex software used daily
- Portfolio showing powerful technology made simple
- Experience with AI-native products and probabilistic systems
- Fluency moving between fidelities fast
- Ability to create coded prototypes in a day
- Comfort in ambiguity and zero-to-one work
- Mastery of interaction patterns across platforms
- Strong written communication skills
- Proven ability to do own research and bring product direction
- Prototypes in code as a default
