What you would do
- Room patients and record vital signs in EMR
- Assist physicians with procedures and obtain consents
- Perform tests and minor procedures within scope
- Manage patient flow and follow-up calls
- Handle front office duties when needed
- Stock rooms and manage supplies timely
Must have
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Current CMA certification
- BLS certification within 3 months of hire
- SAPAA certification within 6 months of hire
Nice to have
- Six months related medical office experience
- Experience with minor procedures and CLIA waived lab testing
