What you would do

  • Drive ML strategy and roadmap with engineering and product leadership.
  • Architect high-scale ML systems for recommendation and matching.

  • Own end-to-end model lifecycle from exploration to production deployment.

Must have

  • 8+ years developing ML models in large-scale production.
  • Architected and shipped end-to-end ML solutions at scale.
  • Deep expertise in recommendation systems, personalization, or ranking.
  • Strong software engineering with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proven technical leadership and mentorship experience.
  • Strong background in statistical modeling and A/B testing.

Nice to have

  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces or matching algorithms.
  • Modern deep learning for recommendations like Two-Tower or GNNs.
  • Advanced degree in CS, ML, or related quantitative field.
  • Experience with MLOps and distributed training frameworks.
