What you would do

  • Own the jobseeker messaging domain end-to-end
  • Optimize the portfolio of message types, timing, and channels
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics like applications and retention
  • Design and resolve A/B experiments for long-term health
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and marketplace teams
  • Protect deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance

Must have

  • 7+ years of product management success
  • Data-obsessed problem solver comfortable with SQL
  • Fluent in A/B experimentation
  • Owned email, push, or lifecycle messaging at consumer scale
  • Understands tension between engagement volume and user trust
  • Leveraged machine learning in shipped product features
  • Passion for direct user research and interviews
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and thrives with autonomy

Nice to have

  • Experience at a two-sided marketplace
  • Built message selection or frequency capping systems
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability and compliance
