What you would do

  • Lead design of AI platform features from concept to launch
  • Drive vision for AI integration across the app
  • Partner with engineers and product managers to define features
  • Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams on UX research
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback
  • Lead regular design reviews with the broader team

Must have

  • 8+ years professional design experience
  • Experience at startup or resource-restricted organization
  • Experience shipping AI experiences end to end as lead designer
  • Experience iterating with engineers on visual and UX designs
  • Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Empathetic champion for users and customers
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Understanding of technical constraints of building web applications
  • Prototype with AI tools in your own workflow
