What you would do

  • Lead engineering on critical customer projects, owning scope and delivery.
  • Ship high-impact features for strategic deals and renewals.
  • Bring product sense to decisions and partner with core product teams.
  • Shape long-term platform and roadmap based on customer patterns.
  • Communicate directly with customers on calls and diagnose problems.
  • Translate trade-offs for both engineers and executives.

Must have

  • Strong software engineering skills with production systems experience.
  • Ability to read and write Python backend code.
  • Ability to read and write React/TypeScript frontend code.
  • Product instincts and judgment to push back on poor requirements.
  • Customer empathy and crisp communication skills.
  • Speed and urgency with a high quality bar.
  • High ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to diagnose, build, and ship solutions independently.

Nice to have

  • Prior product or full-stack engineer experience owning features end-to-end.
  • Prior founder or early-employee experience.
  • Experience with procurement, finance, ERP, or AP automation systems.
