What you would do

  • Design product features from concept to launch
  • Partner with engineers, PMs, and go-to-market stakeholders
  • Collaborate on UX research and design solutions
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback
  • Participate in regular design reviews with the team

Must have

  • 3-5+ years professional design experience at startup
  • Shipped at least one full product or significant feature as lead designer
  • Experience iterating with engineers on visual and UX designs
  • Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Empathetic champion for users and customers
  • Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability
  • Understanding of technical constraints of web applications
  • Uses AI tools in workflow for prototyping
