The role

This role is for a Product Designer on the Contract Orchestration team at Zip, an AI platform for enterprise procurement. What you would do

  • Contribute to CLM features from concept to launch
  • Partner with engineers, PMs, and go-to-market stakeholders
  • Collaborate on UX research and design solutions
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback
  • Participate in regular design reviews
  • Work with product designers across the organization

Must have

  • 3-5+ years professional design experience at startup
  • Shipped at least one full product or significant feature as lead designer
  • Experience iterating on visual and UX designs with engineers
  • Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Empathetic champion for the audience and customers
  • Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability
  • Understanding of technical constraints of web applications
  • Build with AI tools in workflow, prototyping with Claude, Figma Make, Cursor
