What you would do
- Translate investment banking and research workflows into product requirements and success metrics
- Codify best practices for AI-assisted financial analysis into playbooks
- Surface high-signal findings to inform roadmap priorities
- Design proprietary benchmarks, test suites, and datasets for model evaluation
- Partner with ML researchers to refine models and validate outputs
- Co-pilot client pilots with financial institutions and iterate based on feedback
Must have
- 3+ years at top-tier investment bank, hedge fund, or asset manager
- Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, or capital markets research
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
- Genuine AI fluency, using AI tools concretely in work
Nice to have
- Hands-on scripting in Python or SQL for data analysis
- Exposure to both sell-side and buy-side research models
- Prior experience at a fast-growing fintech or AI startup
