What you would do
- Formulate ML problems from product requirements
- Analyze existing ML systems and propose improvements
- Create and productionize research prototypes for knowledge work
- Build novel ML evaluation datasets for production rollouts
- Mentor ML interns and publish research findings
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
Must have
- PhD or Master's in CS, ML, NLP, or related field
- Strong background in deep learning, LLMs, and NLP
- First-author publications in top AI/NLP conferences
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks
- Strong coding skills with PyTorch or Transformers
Nice to have
- 2+ years in industry applied ML research
- Familiarity with RAG, reasoning, LLM training, and RL
