What you would do
- Shape user experience for dense financial data, making it intuitive and trustworthy.
- Architect workflows for human collaboration with multiple AI agents.
- Own the AI research collaborator's persona, behavior, and communication style.
- Ship production-grade UI code end-to-end alongside engineers and product managers.
- Drive product direction by proposing concepts and questioning foundational assumptions.
- Run weekly customer calls to gather friction and translate feedback into shipped changes.
Must have
- 4+ years professional product design experience with shipped portfolio.
- Hands-on production code writing with AI tools in daily workflow.
- Deep craft in typography, grids, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to turn vague problems into concrete shippable features.
- Experience building, maintaining, or scaling a design system.
- Experience running user interviews and synthesizing feedback into shipped changes.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, multi-agent canvases, or adaptive interfaces.
- Background designing for analytical or professional user bases.
- Track record building complex dashboards, analytical software, or developer tools.
- Experience documenting design patterns optimized for AI agents.
- Track record extending design thinking across all brand touchpoints.
