What you would do
- Own the B2B product roadmap for external partners
- Define packaging and business model strategy for B2B offerings

Must have
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience at staff level owning complex B2B roadmaps
- Track record of generalizing proven products for broader market
- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech
- Experience partnering with engineering and AI/ML teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, clinical, and sales
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and building new functions
- Systems mindset to reduce chaos into sequenced roadmap
- High ownership and proactive cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-native or agentic product patterns
- Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or provider-facing software
- Experience standing up a new product line within a shipping company
