About Frontera Health
Frontera builds AI tools for behavioral health teams to help children with autism and other behavioral health needs access care. Their platform is HIPAA-compliant and designed for psychologists and ABA therapists.
What you would do
- Own cloud security architecture and posture on AWS, including IAM design
- Run and own SOC 2 audits against AWS infrastructure hands-on
- Build and mature the compliance program for enterprise and healthcare customers
- Serve as senior security voice in customer and prospect security reviews
- Present security and compliance posture to customers, partners, and the board
- Partner with Engineering to embed security into the build process
Must have
- 8-12 years of security/compliance experience
- Hands-on experience running SOC 2 audits against AWS
- Hands-on IAM architecture experience
- Cloud security certification(s)
- Experience sitting on security reviews with prospects or customers
- Enterprise fluency as senior security presence in front of customers and boards
Nice to have
- Healthcare or regulated-industry background
- Fractional CISO experience at a digital health company
- Security leadership at a Series B-D health tech company
- Engineering background that grew into compliance ownership with infrastructure depth
