The role
This role provides technical leadership and client-facing architectural guidance for Canton Network solutions. The engineer will direct clients on physical and logical architectures, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert. What you would do
- Advise clients on physical and logical architectures for Canton Network solutions
- Provide direction on Canton Network topology considerations
- Coordinate and lead planning of complex cross-functional initiatives
- Serve as expert in Canton Network and Digital Asset products
- Estimate complex solutions and decompose technical problems
- Define performance test strategy and remediate performance issues
Must have
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- History of delivering complex systems or integrations
- Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle technical delivery
- Working knowledge of Canton OS source code
- Experience in consulting or client-facing role
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
- Strong financial services domain knowledge
- Ability to establish engineering standards and design reusable components
- Thrives in fast-moving environment with competing priorities
- Curious, pragmatic, adaptable, quick learner
