What you would do
- Manage executive governance agendas, materials, and follow-ups with accuracy
- Own multiple cross-functional workflows, tracking progress and surfacing blockers
- Identify and automate workflows using AI tools with the Director
- Build SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting views in BigQuery
- Aggregate and analyze internal and blockchain data for leadership reporting
- Conduct research, documentation, and process cleanup tasks
Must have
- 2-4 years of professional experience
- Comfort with SQL or databases
- Interest in data visualization and analytics
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Interest in capital markets, blockchain, crypto, and web3
- Self-driven and highly organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Judgment to handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

- Prior internships or early roles in operations, finance, consulting, or data-heavy functions
