What you would do
- Identify and validate sustainable stablecoin and payment use cases with partners
- Define and execute strategy and roadmap for stablecoin and payment activation
- Design workflows connecting legacy payment systems with Canton's ledger
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to meet global standards
- Ensure scaling focuses on high-availability, security, and low-latency settlement
- Define and track key value indicators like mint/burn volumes and transaction numbers
Must have
- 7+ years of product management experience
- At least 3 years focused on stablecoins and payments
- Proven track record shipping stablecoin products
- Deep understanding of stablecoin and payment stack
- Understanding of blockchain technology
- Can discuss application architecture and smart contracts with engineers
- Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments with security and compliance
- Comfortable discussing business models, pricing, and tokenomics
- Willing to work at least 3 days per week from an office
Nice to have
- Familiarity with payments-focused layer 1/2 ecosystems
- Direct experience with Canton Network or Daml
- Experience building institutional-grade stablecoin payment applications
