What you would do
- Define and lead the enterprise innovation product strategy.
- Build and manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives.
- Lead innovation discovery processes to identify unmet business needs.
- Partner with senior leaders to evaluate and prioritize opportunities.
- Direct development of business cases and investment recommendations.
- Lead experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and pilots.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 12+ years in product management or related disciplines
- 8+ years leading digital product teams in large global organizations
- Proven experience scaling innovative digital products
- Success leading product discovery and experimentation
- Strong understanding of modern product management and agile
- Experience with advanced analytics, ML, and generative AI
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Experience leading product ownership or business analysis teams
- Ability to develop investment strategies and innovation portfolios
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguity
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders in matrixed orgs
