What you would do
- Lead end-to-end design for enterprise product portfolio
- Partner with product and engineering to translate requirements
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Champion user-centered design and embed user insights
- Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing
- Design for complex workflows, data-rich environments, and AI capabilities
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 8+ years of UX, product, or interaction design experience
- Experience designing complex digital products or enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking
- Expertise in UX, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Proficiency with Figma and design collaboration tools
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience in agile development environments
- Ability to design for data-intensive or AI-enabled products
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience contributing to design systems
