What you would do

  • Lead end-to-end design for enterprise product portfolio
  • Partner with product and engineering to translate requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
  • 8+ years of UX, product, or interaction design experience
  • Experience designing complex digital products or enterprise applications
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking
  • Expertise in UX, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Proficiency with Figma and design collaboration tools
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
  • Experience in agile development environments
  • Ability to design for data-intensive or AI-enabled products
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience contributing to design systems
