What you would do

  • Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning and startup.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and business justifications.
  • Coordinate with plant operations, maintenance, quality, safety, procurement, IT, and external partners.
  • Support factory modernization, equipment replacement, and capacity expansion initiatives.
  • Lead industrial automation and control system projects across manufacturing facilities.
  • Implement PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, drives, and process control solutions.

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing, automation, controls, or project engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading capital projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and process controls.
  • Understanding of industrial communications protocols like Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP.
  • Knowledge of industrial network architecture and manufacturing system integration.
  • Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and secure system design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Industrial Control System (ICS) Cybersecurity experience.
  • ISA/IEC 62443 awareness.
  • Industrial network architecture expertise.
  • Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 knowledge.
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) experience.
  • Data analytics and visualization skills.
  • System integration and commissioning experience.
  • Supply chain manufacturing operations background.
