What you would do
- Translate product strategy into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for the product area.
- Represent user needs in prioritization and design decisions.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
- Make decisions on what the team builds next within the area.
- Partner with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, and business teams.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in Agile teams.
- Proven experience leading complex digital products in large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of modern product operating models and agile methodologies.
- Experience leveraging data, analytics, and AI to improve business performance.
- Demonstrated ownership of a product backlog with clear user stories.
- Strong command of agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe).
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and data science.
- Experience with data-driven or AI/ML-powered products.
- Strong prioritization and analytical judgment using data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fast-moving environments balancing technical complexity with usability.
Nice to have
- Master's degree preferred.
- Product Owner or agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM).
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML model deployment or experimentation.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, revenue growth management, or pricing.
- Experience integrating enterprise analytics products into business workflows.
