Another word for “Implemented”
What it is trying to claim: That you put a system, tool, or process into place.
Why it underperforms
It sits in the passive middle of a story. Implementing usually means somebody else decided and you executed, and the word carries that even when it is not true. It is also the most common verb in enterprise résumés, so it does nothing to distinguish yours.
