Another word for “Deployed”
What it is trying to claim: That you released something into a live environment.
Why it underperforms
In software it is precise and useful. Outside it, it has been borrowed to mean "used", as in deploying a strategy or deploying resources, and that usage is empty enough to read as padding. Even in its home field it describes the release rather than what was released, so on its own it tells a reader that a button was pressed.
